A Messenger of Hope, Faith, and Resurrection
Chun Jeong-eun was a bestselling author of 'I Belong to the Lord' and the featured protagonist of the films 'Resurrection: The Evidence', 'Resurrection: The Hope', and 'Resurrection: The Love'.
In October 2012, shortly after being diagnosed with terminal breast cancer, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. During the following thirteen years until her passing on June 13, 2025, she devoted her life to sharing the hope, love, and promise of the Gospel with countless cancer patients and their families.
Like the Apostle Paul, she transformed her suffering into a powerful testimony of faith. Through her writings, public witness, and personal ministry, she led many people to Christ while encouraging them to face illness, suffering, and death with courage and eternal hope.
Today, her legacy continues through the Chun Jeong-eun Future Foundation, inspiring people around the world with the message that true healing is found not only for the body, but also for the soul through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
“For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” — Philippians 1:21

Detecting Cancer Early. Saving Lives.
Early detection is one of the most effective ways to improve cancer survival rates. The Chun Jeong-eun Nyong'o Cancer Centre is committed to expanding access to affordable and timely cancer screening services, particularly for underserved communities across Kenya and East Africa.
Through community outreach programs, mobile screening initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and partnerships with healthcare providers, we aim to identify cancer at its earliest and most treatable stages. By promoting preventive healthcare and early diagnosis, we can reduce the burden of cancer and give patients the best possible chance for successful treatment and recovery.
Our goal is simple: Detect Early. Treat Early. Save Lives.
Equipping Hope. Strengthening Healthcare.
Access to modern medical equipment is essential for effective cancer diagnosis and treatment. The Chun Jeong-eun Nyong'o Cancer Centre works with hospitals, governments, universities, and international partners to secure and deploy life-saving medical technologies where they are needed most.
Donated equipment—including diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory instruments, cancer screening devices, surgical equipment, and telemedicine technologies—helps healthcare professionals deliver better care and improve patient outcomes.
Every contribution supports our mission to build sustainable healthcare capacity and expand access to quality cancer services for future generations.
Together, we can transform healthcare infrastructure and bring hope to countless patients and families.
Sharing Hope Beyond Healing
At the heart of our mission is the belief that every human life possesses inherent dignity, value, and purpose. While we are dedicated to advancing cancer care and improving physical health, we also recognize the importance of spiritual hope during life's most difficult challenges.
Inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we seek to share the message of God's love, grace, and the hope found in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. His victory over death offers comfort, strength, and eternal hope to those facing illness, suffering, and uncertainty.
We respect people of all faiths and backgrounds while providing opportunities for spiritual encouragement, prayer, pastoral support, and compassionate care for patients and their families.
